Refund Policy
Botanical adaptogens are assessed over months, not days. Our guarantee is built around that timeline.
The 90-day guarantee
Take the formula as directed for 90 days. If you have not seen a change worth continuing for, contact us within 30 days of finishing that period for a full refund of the product price — bottles included, empty or not.
Unopened orders
Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Subscriptions
Cancel or pause before a renewal processes and you will not be charged. If a renewal has already shipped, the guarantee above applies to that shipment.
How to start a refund
Email our team with your order number and a sentence on what you experienced. That feedback goes to the clinical team; no return shipping is required unless the bottles are unopened.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
